What is the latest I can place an order in time for Christmas 2018 / 2019

We are still delivering in time for Christmas but time is running out.

Order before 2.30pm on Wednesday 19th to guarantee delivery before Christmas Day.

Any orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday 7th January 2019



UK Delivery / Shipping Costs / Times?
 
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (If order is placed before 2.30pm Monday - Friday). Orders over the value of £35 will be eligible for free delivery (Although we do aim to get all orders shipped next day during busy periods this can sometimes be within 2 working days).
Shipping costs for orders under £35 are as follows: 
Orders over £35 - Free Delivery - NOTE: This is NOT a next day service. ( Typical delivered next days but can be upto 3 working days during busy periods)

We currentley ship to mainland UK and Europe.Costs vary depending on destination but typical european costs are between £23 - £28.

There are items missing from my delivered order

We put all our efforts into ensuring orders are received correctly every time. However, in the unlikely scenario when picking errors may occur please email our customer care team at info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk or call on 0303 300 1005.

 

I received my order but its damaged. What should i do?

If in the unlikely event any of your items appear to be damaged on arrival please do not hesitate to raise this with us. Please attach an image of the damage to an email and send to info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.

 

I need to raise a UK or international return how do i do this?

If for any reason you should be disappointed with your order and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team at info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk or call us on 0303 300 1005 to discuss.

 

What is the shelf life of Cartwright & Butler products?

Our products have varied lengths on shelf life due to the different category’s we develop. We aim to send products out through our website with no less then 4 months shelf life but usually this is a great deal longer. How do I sign in and out of my account?

To sign in your account:

  • Input your credentials once prompted

What if I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password click on the "forgotten your password" link under the log in box. You will then recieve an automated email that includes instructions to change your password.

 

How do I change my email, delivery address and contact number?

If you need to change your contact details or your delivery address, you can do so by logging in and selecting my account. If you need to change the delivery address of an order, please email our Customer service team on info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk.

 

What payment services do Cartwright & Butler currently provide?

We Currently accept all UK Visa and Mastercard's. We also accept payments through PayPal.

Credit and Visa payments will be processed through Worldpay's secure portal during the checkout stage of order placement.

Where do I put in my promotion code?

If you have a Cartwright & Butler promotional code this can be entered at the checkout stage of your order.

We have taken great time and care in creating our build your own hamper service. We believe it has been designed to be quite intuitive and self explanitory. Where do Cartwright & Butler stand on palm oil

Only 55% of Cartwright & Butler products now include palm oil within their ingrediants. We have reduced this from 100% since 2016. Our long term goal is to completley remove palm oil from all our products. From 2016 we stopped producing NEW products with palm oil.
