+ UK Delivery / Shipping Costs / Times?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours(STOCK DEPENDANT) providing orders are recieved by 2pm.
All orders over the value of £30 will be eligible for free delivery.
Orders under the value of £30 will aquire a £6 (including Vat) Shipping cost.

+ International Delivery/Shipping Costs /Times
We currently ship to mainland UK and Europe. Shipping to other countries will be available Autumn 2018

+ I have not yet received my order
If you have placed an order and expecting delivery and have not yet received, please contact our sales team on 0303 300 1005.

+ There are Items missing from my delivered order
We do put all our efforts into making sure customers receive the correct ordered items everytime. However in the unlikley scenario when picking errors may occur please email (info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk) or call our customer care team on 0303 300 1005.

+ I have received my order damaged
If for any reason you should be disappointed with your order and wish to return it, please email our customer care team on info@cartwrightandbutler.co.uk to have this arranged for you.

+ How do I raise a return in the UK?
If for any reason you should be disappointed with your order and wish to return it, please call our helpful  sales team on 0303 300 1005 to have this arranged for you.

+ How do I raise and International return
If you are outside the UK and need to raise a return please contact us via our sales team on 0303 300 1005 and representative will be happy to assist

+ What is the shelf life of our products
Cartwright and Butler products have a varied length of expiry dates due to the different category's we develop. Our current range sits between 5 months and 3 years. For our individual shelf life's please refer to each product page.

+ How do I sign in and out of my account?
You can sign into your account by clicking on the icon in the top corner and selecting Log in from the drop down. iInput your credentials once prompted to do so. To Log out click the icon in the corner (once logged in) and select Log out.

+ How do I change my email, delivery address and contact numbers?
If you need to change your contact details or the delivery address saved in your account this can be done by logging into your acount and changing these under the "My Account" Section. 

+ What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten you password click on the "Forgotten your password" link under the Log in box. we will then send you instructions on how to change your password.

+ What payments do Cartwright & Butler accept?
The Cartwright & Butler consumer store currently accepts Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Amex and PayPal .

+ When are payments taken from my account?
An initial check is made with your bank to confirm funds are available to the value of your order. This will show as a request on your statement. Once your order has been booked in as in shipment we will then proceed with taking the allocated funds from your chosen account.

Where do I put in my discount code?
If you have a Cartwright and Butler Discount code this can be added to your order at the final cart stage.
