Brie & Cranberry Toastie
- 2 slices crusty white bread
- 1 tbsp Cartwright & Butler Cranberry Sauce
- 40g sliced brie
Place the bread under a warm grill and toast on one side until golden before removing from the heat. Spread the cranberry sauce on the un-toasted side of one slice. Top with brie and return to the grill until melted. Sandwich together with the other slice non-toasted side up and grill for a minute until golden. Serve immediately.
Tip - cripsy bacon or even left-over turkey is a great optional extra!
