Darjeeling Gin & Marmalade Cocktail
You will need:
- 1 heaped tsp Cartwright & Butler Season's Pick Orange Marmalade
- 50ml Cartwright & Butler Darjeeling Infused Parlour Gin
- 10ml Campari
- 15ml sugar syrup (equal water to sugar heated until dissolved)
- 15ml lemon juice
- Orange peel twist to serve
To make the cocktail:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and shake well.
- This can be served straight-up, strained into a chilled martini glass or into a highball glass over ice and then topped with soda water.
- Both should be served with a twist of orange peel.
