Green Apple, Mango & Kiwi Smoothie
You will need:
100g frozen mango
1 kiwi, peeled
Handful of spinach, approximately 40g
1 small, ripe banana
To make the smoothie:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. If the smoothie is a little thick, simply loosen by blitzing in a little water.
3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
