International delivery shipping costs times?
We currently ship to mainland UK and Europe.Costs vary depending on destination but typical european costs are between £23 - £28. Our current list of european desitinations we ship to are Afghanistan, Algeria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (If order is placed before 3pm Monday - Friday). Promotional Free Shipping - Although we do make the best efforts to ship every order out same day if ordered before 3pm please allow up to 2 working days during busy periods.
I have not received my order yet?
If your order does not appear to receive on time, please contact or customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your full name and order number so that we can deal with your query in a timely manner.
There are items missing from my delivered order?
We put all our efforts into ensuring orders are received correctly every time. However, in the unlikely scenario when picking errors may occur please email our customer care team at email@example.com or call on 0303 300 1005. From time-to-time some of our products may be out of stock when you place your order. If this occurs a refund for the out of stock item will be processed.
I received my order but its damaged. What should i do?
If in the unlikely event any of your items appear to be damaged on arrival please do not hesitate to raise this with us. Please attach an image of the damage to an email and send to firstname.lastname@example.org. We aim to reply to all queries within 24 hours.
I need to raise a UK or international return how do i do this?
If for any reason you should be disappointed with your order and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or call us on 0303 300 1005 to discuss.
What is the shelf life of Cartwright & Butler products?
Our products have varied lengths on shelf life due to the different category’s we develop. We aim to send products out through our website with no less then 4 months shelf life but usually this is a great deal longer. How do I sign in and out of my account?

What if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password click on the "forgotten your password" link under the log in box. You will then recieve an automated email that includes instructions to change your password.
How do I change my email, delivery address and contact number?
If you need to change your contact details or your delivery address, you can do so by logging in and selecting my account. If you need to change the delivery address of an order, please email our Customer service team on email@example.com.
Where do I put in my discount code?
If you have a Cartwright & Butler discount code this can be entered at the last page of the checkout before you place your order.
Where do Cartwright & Butler stand on palm oil?
Only 55% of Cartwright & Butler products now include palm oil within their ingrediants. We have reduced this from 100% since 2016. Our long term goal is to completley remove palm oil from all our products. From 2016 we stopped producing NEW products with palm oil.
What payment services do Cartwright & Butler currently provide?
We currently accept all UK Visa and Mastercard's. We also accept payments through PayPal. Credit and Visa payments will be processed through Stripe's secure portal during the checkout stage of order placement. PayPal payments will be processed through PayPal’s secure portal during the checkout stage of order placement.
