You will need
- 1 packet of Cartwright & Butler Biscuits
- (We used a variety of Chocolate Wafer Rounds, Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Orange Biscuits and the Luxury Biscuit Selection)
- Cartwright & Butler Dark Chocolate Coated Orange Peel
- Cartwright & Butler Peanut Brittle
- Cartwright & Butler White Chocolate Truffles
- 100g of melted white chocolate
- 200g icing sugar
- Few drops of water
- Red food colouring
- Brown food colouring
- Handful of smarties
Method
1.
Sieve 100g icing sugar into a bowl and beat in a few drops of water, along with red food colouring to create a thick paste. Put in an icing bag with a nozzle, and use for writing.
2.
Repeat again for brown icing as well as any other colour you want to make.
3.
Make the snowmen by putting a spoonful of melted white chocolate on a biscuit and secure a White Chocolate Truffle in place. Use Dark Chocolate Orange Peel for the arms and pipe the face and buttons on. (Be as creative as you like – the kids will love it!)
4.
For the reindeer biscuits we used a variety of Peanut Brittle and Dark Chocolate Orange Peel for antlers, piped a big red nose and piped the eyes with brown icing.
5.
For the Christmas pudding biscuits we used Cartwright & Butler’s Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Orange Biscuits, with melted white chocolate drizzled on the top half. Then added 2 smarties for leaves and piped 3 red berries in.
6.
These biscuits are so much fun to keep little ones busy in the build up to Christmas. Let their imaginations run wild!
