Green Apple, Mango & Kiwi Smoothie

You will need
- 100g of frozen mango
- 1 kiwi, peeled
- Handful of spinach, approx. 40g
- 200ml of Cartwright & Butler Apple Juice
- 1 small, ripe banana
Method
1)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2)
If the smoothie is a little thick, simply loosen by blitzing in a little water.
3)
Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.
