You will need
- Cartwright & Butler Apple Juice
- Cartwright & Butler Elderflower & White Grape Press.
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- Mint Leaves
Method

Fill a large jug with ice and pour over the apple juice, top up with the press. and stir gently to combine and chill.

Lightly bruise some mint leaves and add to the juice. Garnish with thinly sliced apple and serve.
