You will need
- 1 pack Cartwright & Butler Café York cafetière coffee
- A small selection of whole, dried spices such as half a cinnamon stick, no more than 3 cloves, some small pieces from a star anise, a couple of cardamom pods (pressed gently with the back of a spoon to release the flavour) or a small piece of mace
- Double cream
- Cinnamon stick for garnish
Method

Following the coffee instructions on the pack, add the required amount of coffee and just a few spices to a large cafetière. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes to infuse.

Press the plunger on the cafetière and pour the coffee and sweeten to taste.

Using the back of a spoon, gently pour the cream and decorate with a cinnamon stick.
