Honey & Goat’s Cheese Bruschetta
Honey and Goats Cheese Bruschetta, where creamy goats cheese is paired with a drizzle of honey on toasted bread, creating a perfect balance of tastes in every bite.

You will need
- 20g walnuts
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 150g soft goat’s cheese
- 3 thyme sprigs
- 2 tbsp Cartwright & Butler Acacia Honey
- Cracked black pepper
Method
1)
1) Roughly chop and, in a dry frying pan, toast the walnuts until just golden.
2)
2) Lightly toast the bread, top with goat’s cheese and grill for 1 minute, until slightly melted.
3)
Scatter with the walnuts, thyme leaves and cracked black pepper.
4)
Serve with a drizzle of Cartwright & Butler Acacia Honey.
